I'm seeing a TON of Javascript errors today.
For instance, Firebug reports that there are 44 Javascript errors just loading my photostream page! The "YAHOO" namespace not being defined is probably the root of most of them. :P
On a photo page, I can't add any tags. Firebug reports that "tagrs_showForm" is not defined.
I stopped testing after that -- clearly something is misconfigured on Flickr's end and they need to fix it.

All is well with Flickr here in eastern Ontario, Canada, so it sounds like local trouble somewhere. I am able to access my groups without any trouble.

If the problem was at the Flickr end, then you wouldn't be the only person reporting such grief. Have you tried clearing your cache? Sounds like something has gotten corrupted.

Everything seems to be working now on my home (rather than work) computer, so perhaps it was just a cache problem. Glad to hear it wasn't a more widespread issue.
