how to make private albums available to certain people?
|
hi there, i am a nude art model who would like to upload my photography port on flickr. most of the images will be 18+. if i set my account and photos to private and make them unsearchable to the public, is there a way for me to make a link that i can give to certain people that i want to see my photos? how can i make my albums available to people who aren't flick or yahoo members who want to see my photos? i'd like a private URL that i can post of my model site. thanks

Images are not "18+" on flickr.
They are either safe, moderate or restricted.

Any photo can be public or private, no matter what its safety flag.
I'm guessing that by 18+ you mean "restricted" images. Restricted images cannot be shared with a Guest Pass, unless the person is also a member of Flickr. Non-members will not be allowed by Flickr to see those images.
There are a couple things you mention in your post that can quickly get your account deleted by Flickr, with no further notice.
a) Setting a photo that should be restricted to moderate or safe to get around the filters. You can be deleted by Flickr with no further warning if you do that.
b) Using your Flickr account for making money. You cannot use your account to host web graphics or as the image-hosting site for commercial web page.
If you have any other questions, ask here.
